Sebastian is very welcoming, he is prompt to answer any question. The house is cosy, the greatest asset is the living area which is large, comfortable and bright. It is situated in a very quiet neighborhood, close to a very beautiful fortified ancient church ans close to Brasov.

The home was perfect it has everything you could want or need. The host was extremely helpful and on time. The location is a great place to tour from, we had a great stay and highly recommend this home for anyone else.

In one word - great!!! The house is nice,big and very comfortable. The house is eqquiped with every thing one can need. The house is located 15 minutes from Brasov center by car. The host - Sebastian - is very kind guy. He met us when we arrived to house and explained everything and also gave us tips on restaurants and travels in the area. Thank you Sebastian. We will sure recommend the house to anyone.

The Cozy Villa was the perfect place for our large group of ten: 5 adults and 5 children. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, better than advertised, and had everything we needed during our 4-night stay. The Villa's proximity to Braşov and surrounding points of interest (Bran, Sinaia, Raşnov, Zarneşti), as well as having such a beautifully preserved fortified church within walking distance, made it an excellent base from which to explore. Sebastian is a wonderful host - punctual, responsive, helpful and very easy going. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

A paradise. It felt like home. My friends and I spent 3 wonderful days here, and at the end we didn't want to go back home. It is the perfect place if you want to work, relax, or spend some great time with family & friends. Sebastian is a great host, very friendly and helpful. It's a place where I would return anytime with pleasure. I definitely recommend it.

We really enjoined our one week staying! The house is very comfortable and the garden a nice place where you can play with your children. Quiet place were you can relax and feel the mountain fresh air. Close to Brasov and the nearby tourist areas. I would gladly come back with my family when we'll have the occasion.

The host was very prompt with communication , reception was great , documentation on local attraction was provided as well as local spot not to miss House is centrally located , very clean and spacious , with full complement of kitchen accessories Bedroom were spacious and bed comfortable I would highly recommend it

Sebastian was really friendly and helpful. The house was exactly how it looked on the photos. Very warm and cozy indeed. I would certainly go back there one day!
